Fulfilment
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 3-14 days.
Once you have placed an order with Urban Freeflow an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive this e-mail.
In addition to the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands we deliver worldwide.
Cancellation of orders
Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site.
Pre-orders
Where an item is marked as “Available for pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Payments
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron cards. For your security, all our credit card transactions are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.
Delivery
Due to everything at Urban Freeflow being prepared to order, it can take between 3-14 working days before we dispatch goods. Once dispatched, we use Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded Delivery’ service within the UK and their ‘signed for’ service for international orders. These must be signed for upon delivery.
Returns Policy
Kindly ensure that you intend to purchase the garment/s before placing your order, as we do NOT wish to upset any of our customers whom request refunds due to simply “changing their mind”. However, we stand behind every garment that we manufacture. We believe that we offer a unique high quality service at sensible prices and every garment is processed specifically to order. They are then carefully checked and packaged, before being dispatched. However, there are occasional times when items are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped. If you experience any of these, we’ll gladly replace them.
We must emphasise that we are NOT wholesalers and do NOT carry standard stock to support order replacements/refunds. If by chance there is a genuine fault with the garment/s condition, please notify us immediately. Our team take pride in their work and produce every garment to your specific requirements. We do not wish to receive any returned garments where possible as it is an expensive process and further adds to our manufacturing costs.
We DO NOT accept ANY returns or refunds unless authorised by one of our personnel via email. If a return/refund has been agreed, We only accept returned garments with the original tags and/or labels attached and if the garment has NOT been used or washed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

For any goods that are returned, please ensure that you clearly write your order number, full name and address on a piece of paper when returning anything. Without this information we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed.
