Fulfilment
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 3-14 days. Once you have placed an order with Urban Freeflow an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive this e-mail. In addition to the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands we deliver worldwide.
Cancellation of orders
Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site.
Pre-orders
Where an item is marked as “Available for pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Payments
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron cards. For your security, all our credit card transactions are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.
Delivery
Due to everything at Urban Freeflow being prepared to order, it can take between 3-14 working days before we dispatch goods. Once dispatched, we use Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded Delivery’ service within the UK and their ‘signed for’ service for international orders. These must be signed for upon delivery.
Returns Policy: IMPORTANT please ensure that you write your order number and post code on the returns form. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by Urban Free Flow as faulty. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at Urban Free Flow’s election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Urban Free Flow, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this website or any Linked site in the event that Urban Free Flow have elected England as the jurisdiction.
Entire agreement: The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Urban Free Flow. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Urban Free Flow.
None of the above affects you statutory rights under English Law.
Cancelling an order under the Distance Selling Regulations: In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order.
We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via telephone if your order is submitting and yet to be despatched as well as email or letter. If your order has been despatched, you must write a letter to us to request cancellation, we will not accept any other method of cancellation. The letter can be sent within the parcel of goods being returned. You must include your order number, name and billing address.
We will cancel and refund the order including original postage costs as long as the whole order is returned. You will be refunded within 30 days.
We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable as all goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached Urban Free Flow. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at customers cost. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the requested cancellation.
All goods should be returned with their original labels and packaging in appropriate wrapping for transit. If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may claim against you for breach of this statutory right.
If you fail to return the goods following your cancellation request we may claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.
All letters and parcels should be returned to Urban Free Flow’s Cancellations Department, the full address is displayed below. We will not accept cancellations letters or goods send to the returns department or any other sector.
