In 2003 Urban Freeflow was set up as the first ever organisation worldwide to represent Parkour & Freerunning. Soon after we developed the premier UF clothing line and tailored it exclusively for practitioners and lifestylists alike.
Our logo which is known as the 'Glyph' has since become recognised globally as the official mark of Parkour & Freerunning. Inspired by Japanese kanji and Egyptian hieroglyphics, it is a logo that we take great pride in, so wherever you see our mark you can be confident that it represents originality and authenticity.

Our clothing (tee-shirts, training vests, hoodies and sweatpants) are prepared to order using special rubberised transfers from France, therefore once you have placed your order it takes between 3 - 14 days to be shipped to you.

When you place an order with Urban Freeflow you will need to supply us with your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, a password and payment card information. Your e-mail address and password are to be used to access the ‘My Account’ area. Please keep these details safe. In addition you will be able choose to opt in to receiving further catalogues and other Urban Freeflow promotional material, e-mail newsletters and special offers from Urban Freeflow partner companies. If at any time you no longer want to continue receiving material from Route One, please log in to the ‘My Account’ section and uncheck the opt-in boxes.
Secondly, if you receive an e-mail newsletter you can also ‘unsubscribe’ by clicking on the link at the end of each e-mail. We endeavour to remove all e-mail opt-outs within 3 working days. Urban Freeflow will not disclose your details to any third party without your permission. In order to improve customer service and ease of Web site use we will observe customer traffic patterns, purchase data and Web site use. Urban Freeflow abide by the Data Protection Act 1998.

Urban Freeflow takes security seriously. We use the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software encryption technology. This means that information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be accessed by anybody other than us. Even if anybody could access this data it would be corrupted and appear illegible. We also use AVS (Address Verification System) and are fully PCI Compliant.
Your name and address will be held on the servers but your payment card details will not. Once payment card details have been validated and approved these will be deleted. Although this means that you will need to input your details for each order it only takes a minute and makes it completely safe to order online with us. Placing your order with Urban Freeflow is as safe as placing it in store, by mail, phone or fax.
